I have filled an motion to vacate a judgment that I know I never had.I also think my ex girlfriends family member had stolen my identity years ago and ran up a card in my name for a small amount of 3,000 with amex.I showed proof in my motion that I had an mortgage and lived in another county and papers where served to someone in an address I know nothing about.Amex sent me a rebuttal that was given to the court but the court still vacated the judgement and attempted garnishment. My question what is involved in an preliminary conference? does this mean I still have to prove?..this is a nightmare ..thanks for any response

The apartment is in dire need of repairs. The linoleum flooring is ripped up. There are cracks in the walls and ceilings. The apartment hasn't been painted for over 20 years. There are water stains left from leaks. I would like to fix the cracks, paint the entire apartment, replace the old kitchen cabinet & sink and put down new wood laminate flooring. I am willing to pay for the repairs and renovations because I don't want the landlord to raise my rent. Should I tell his management company of my plans or can I go ahead and do this without their knowledge? And if he finds out, will it risk my rent stabilized tenancy?

I need divorce paperwork to be hand delivered to a woman in Moscow. She is my wife. American law says I have to hand it to her.

Is there anyone who can do that for me? I am willing to pay for that service if you hand it to her and then send a letter to me that says you delivered it to her.

Allow me to be clear. I don’t care if you deliver the envelope. I only care about receiving paperwork that says the envelope was delivered I live in a small town, nobody here will question you ever.

This woman tricked me. I brought her over from Russia and married her. Two weeks later she left and disappeared. That was three years ago. She does not answer emails, letters, or phone calls. I simply want to get a divorce and be done with it.

Hello Karina,
I have currently file a petition to the courts in the USA to annul my
marriage to my husband. My husband has since left the country and residing back in Russia. I need to find a process to have papers served to him notifying him that I am filing per court requirements in the USA.

Would you please let me know, is this a service you can provide? If so what is the fee and what are the payment options? Also, what documentation will I receive as evidence that this has been completed?

Thank you.
