Family Law: termination of parental rights, rights of the child, child support. (Russia)
This woman will not follow any court orders. So what happens then, if visitation rights court orders are violated as they are expected to be by this woman, and not enforcement as expected by your country?

Immigration Law (Russia)
I am a U.S. immigration lawyer. I’m writing to you because I have a client who needs to retrieve a Ukrainian Birth Certificate and a Russian Certificate of Marriage and Certificate of Divorce for the purpose of filing for U.S. immigration benefits. My client is currently present in the United States and cannot leave to retrieve these documents. I need copies of these documents and I will ultimately need the original documents shipped to my address in the United States.

The name of the Russian Marriage Certificate I need is: Свидетельство о заключении брака (Certificate of Marriage).

The name of the Russian Certificate of Divorce I need is: Свидетельство о расторженнии брака (Certificate of Divorce).

The name of the Ukrainian Birth Certificate I need is: Svidotstvo pro narodzhennya

Would you be able to help us with this? If yes, would you be able to provide the price and timeframe? Also, if you are able to help, would you be able to provide instructions on how to prepare any necessary powers or attorney with apostille and any other necessary materials? If you are unable to help with these matters, would you please provide me with the contact information of someone that could help?

Thank you very much for your time and assistance.

Family Law: divorce proceedings, conclusion of marriage (USA)
I need divorce paperwork to be hand delivered to a woman in Moscow. She is my wife. American law says I have to hand it to her.

Is there anyone who can do that for me? I am willing to pay for that service if you hand it to her and then send a letter to me that says you delivered it to her.

Allow me to be clear. I don’t care if you deliver the envelope. I only care about receiving paperwork that says the envelope was delivered I live in a small town, nobody here will question you ever.

This woman tricked me. I brought her over from Russia and married her. Two weeks later she left and disappeared. That was three years ago. She does not answer emails, letters, or phone calls. I simply want to get a divorce and be done with it.

Family law : divorce and division of property. (USA)
Hello Karina,
I have currently file a petition to the courts in the USA to annul my
marriage to my husband. My husband has since left the country and residing back in Russia. I need to find a process to have papers served to him notifying him that I am filing per court requirements in the USA.

Would you please let me know, is this a service you can provide? If so what is the fee and what are the payment options? Also, what documentation will I receive as evidence that this has been completed?

Thank you.

I am trying to get divorced from a Russian woman. When I withdrew the affidavit of support for her green card application (effectively killing the application) she got very angry and went back to Russia without signing divorce papers. She does not respond to email.

I have her address in Russia. I need to serve her there. I have read contradictory information about serving in Russia, and the validity of it.

Can you serve divorce papers in Russia?

Family Law: divorce proceedings, conclusion of marriage (Russia)
Dear Mrs. Karina Duvall,

I am a Brazilian citizen living in Europe, and I am married in
Russia to a Russian woman (ZAGS located in Saint Petersburg).

I already have an appointment in this same ZAGS to terminate the marriage on the next month. The end of the marriage is consensual from both parties, and has no children, and no assets to divide, so it is a simple case.

Do I necessarily need to be there in person to sign it and terminate the marriage, OR, is it possible that a lawyer or person appointed by me could do it on my place?

The reason why I want this, is to avoid the need to travel, as I don´t live in Russia.

In case of a positive answer, could you do it for me? What would be the total costs for this service?

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Karina,

I found the website and your info after googling.

I would like to consult few things
for my friend who is about to going through the divorce.

He is Russian citizen and so is his wife. They have a daughter about 9 years old. But already no love between them and he wants to move on to another life. The kid will be living with the mother.

I read online about the alimony will be 25% of the annual income.

However, as I know he doesn't want to take the apartment properties, and he has been giving money monthly to his wife to make sure his wife and kid has the sufficient money to make a living, and the money is much above the average salary normal people have.

So, is that possible that we can convince the judge about this continuous payment will be made for kid, instead of the 25% of the annual income, like making some both-satisfied agreement? Since his work is all about temporary project work, which means sometimes he has no job at all and this unemployment time can last for 1 year, then how can he pay the alimony to the kid.

Can you help answer this question.

Also what is your charge of the case and how long it normally takes to complete the divorce.

Hello Ms. Duvall,

As you will see in the attached order from a American court, my children
have been illegally taken from United States by their mother to Russia in the summer of 2019. They currently reside in Moscow.

My short-term objective is to be able to communicate with my kids, which has not happened since last September. My mid-term objective is to secure visitation rights in Russia, and be able to have my daughters spend summertime in the United States. My long-term objective is to bring children back to United States.

I am planning a trip to Moscow in February to see my daughters, but the mother is not aware of it. She does not know I have her address. I would like to prepare the file before my trip, and serve the mother with the papers after I have seen my daughters. I plan on seeing them without their mother's knowledge. It is unrealistic to expect her to cooperate. If she learns anything about my trip or the legal proceedings, she will disappear and I will not see my daughters.

I am aware that Russia and USA have no partnership agreement under the Hague Convention. Please let me know if you can help me.

Thank you for your email. I need to know if my wife has any right to divorce me in the UK having been deported for using a dead woman's passport. I know she can not return to the UK, but can she still direct UK lawyers to act on her behalf?

It would be pointless to begin Russian proceeding when she has already started in the UK. I have been delayed because I do not have an address for her. She is now aware of what I want to which she said she wants to be divorced in the UK (for obvious reasons).

How eligible is she to get a divorce in a country that deported her for fraud?
