Question

I am a South African National married to a Russian National in a form of a same sex civil union Marriage. I do understand that the Russian Federation do not recognize our Civil Union Marriage. However I am planning to Apply for Temporary citizenship at the Russian Embassy in Pretoria. I will be going on early retirement, and am planning to buy private property in Russia. I will be obtaining a private medical aid to cover myself once there. I will also be receiving a monthly pension salary which will be paid into a reputed Bank in Russia.

Could you be so kind to assist me further also with legal documents and notaries please.

You will be considered as single in Russia. Your same sex civil union marriage wont help you with your legalization in Russia.
