In August 2006, I brought Olga Sevastyanova over to the United States from Russia. We married on October 2006. She became pregnant and gave birth to our son in Russia in one year.

She went back to Russia in June 2008 to visit her family and has never returned. Olga contacted me later that year via Skype and showed me divorce documents and informed me that we were now divorced.

I have tried unsuccessfully since 2010 to get a divorce here in the United States to no avail because the attorneys here have been unable to attain the divorce papers from Russia proving we are indeed divorced.

I have been wanting to remarry but have not been able to do so because according to the US I am still married. I need to get divorced from Olga.

I was hoping that with your expertise you would be able to help me get this ordeal behind me so I can move on with my life.
