Question

In the event one party does not make full disclosure of his assets, does the Russian court have any method to compel disclosure or to remedy the prejudice caused to the other party (e.g. by giving a higher proportion of assets to the other party as a ‘penalty’ to the non-disclosing party)?

!
Answer

The Court may obtain any information within the Russian Federation. You do not have the obligations under Russian Law to disclose your assets. No penalties.
